To celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 we created this list of women in CRO, experimentation and growth. It looks at the number of followers on LinkedIn and for some at their relative growth in that number in a 90 day period.
Use it to find inspiring women to follow and connect with. You can easily filter based on country.
Congratulations to Katie Faulkner for being the first, fastest growing woman on LinkedIn in our space (that we have data from).
We aim to continue this iniative going forward and grow the number of people we have relative growth numbers from.
Check the FAQ below the data.
FAQ
Why can’t I load the data?
Try interacting with the data directly on Datawrapper.
How was this list created?
Since 2024 Kevin Anderson started creating a list of people in the space based on his personal network, followers of Experimentation Jobs, activity on LinkedIn, conference talks and lists like Kameleoon’s Who’s Who in experimentation. After the first publication, it was also opened up for self nomination.
This edition is based on the number of followers from early February. For the growth % we asked women to submit their 90 days growth numbers.

How can I make it to this list next time?
Fill in this form and you will be included in the next round. Note: we focus on CRO, experimentation and growth specialists. We can also remove you from the list, if you like.
Should I make it a personal goal to reach the top of this list?
You could. Try it for a quarter and see where it gets you. But make sure to focus on quality over quantity. People that use LinkedIn to make genuine connections will get the most out of it.
Who came up with the idea of a women only version?
All credits go to Trina Moitra, from Convert. Love the idea, thanks.
