What Will You Do?
As a Product Operations Manager at TripleTen, you will audit and redesign operational processes, mapping end-to-end workflows in student support, onboarding, and payments to eliminate inefficiencies. You will debug metrics with a strong product mindset, uncovering root causes and connecting data to real behaviors for better decisions. Additionally, you will run hypothesis-driven experiments including A/B tests to validate improvements and strengthen unit economics.
