What Will You Do?
As a Senior Product Manager / Principal – MarTech at The Economist, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the CRM platform with Salesforce Marketing Cloud at its core. You will enable high-quality lifecycle communications across onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement while improving processes. Additionally, you will support experimentation through scalable segmentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement in CRM workflows.
