What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist T01-T03 at Pluxee, you will own end-to-end digital analytics across website, paid media, CRM, and sales funnels to define KPIs and monitor performance. You will lead CRO strategies on websites and landing pages by designing, prioritizing, and executing A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps. Additionally, you will analyze user behavior through funnels, heatmaps, and session recordings while partnering with teams to enhance journeys and lift conversion rates.
