The analysts team operates at the intersection of data, behavior, and experiments, validating A/B test programs using GA4 and SQL/BigQuery while advising clients on building a sustainable improvement culture. This multidisciplinary group includes data scientists, psychologists, conversion managers, and UX designers collaborating in a hybrid setup centered in Utrecht.
What Will You Do?
As a Data-analist (Experimentation & Digital Analytics) at Online Dialogue, you will analyze experiment data from A/B tests to uncover behavior patterns and conversion KPIs. You will combine insights from web analytics, heatmaps, surveys, and feedback sources to inform recommendations. Additionally, you will build dashboards and reports with GA4 and BigQuery, present findings clearly to stakeholders, and contribute to hypotheses using data, psychology, and UX expertise.
