What Will You Do?
As a Head of Digital Product and Experience at Jetstar, you will lead digital product performance to drive growth across web, app, and indirect channels. You will own the end-to-end digital customer experience strategy encompassing UX, research, and design systems. Additionally, you will direct analytics, experimentation, and optimisation efforts for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
