What will you do?
As a CRO Manager at IDFC First Bank, you will spearhead A/B testing, Personalization, User Research, Competitor Analysis to improve customer experience. You will own the end to end lifecycle of experimentation like experiment set up, QA and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers and content creators to develop experimentation roadmaps, prioritize features and ensure website optimization alligns with business goals. Also, you will analyze experiment results and report on findings to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
