What Will You Do?
As a CRO Specialist at Ica Gruppen, you will analyze user behavior in ICA Banken’s web and app channels to identify key business insights. You will plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments that boost customer experience and conversion rates. Additionally, you will partner with product, UX, CX, and development teams to translate data into actionable optimizations.
