What Will You Do?
As an E-Commerce Optimisation Executive at Hearst, you will manage day-to-day storefront updates in Adobe Commerce, implementing campaign changes and maintaining a forward calendar aligned with acquisition priorities. You will draft A/B test plans with hypotheses and metrics, QA experiments pre- and post-launch, and apply UX best practices to enhance subscription page performance. Additionally, you will monitor the subscription funnel in GA4, produce weekly performance summaries, and deliver clear insights with recommendations to drive growth.
