What Will You Do?
As a Lead CRO Engineer at Fyxer AI, you will lead the conversion rate optimisation program across the full user journey from landing pages to activation and expansion. You will design, build, and execute multivariate experiments to boost conversion rates and enhance signup quality for better retention. Additionally, you will own the experimentation infrastructure, including testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and rollout decisions while building full-stack features.
