As E-Commerce Optimisation Team Manager and Specialist CRO, Web-Analyse, UX/UI and AB Testing, you’ll refine the digital customer journey for millions of ASICS’ internal and external users across Europe. You’ll use data to rigorously test our systems and help us identify opportunities to improve conversion rates online, in-app and in-store. And work with tools like AB Tasty, Contentsquare, Crobox and Braingineers
You’ll take responsibility for the daily running and commercialisation of our owned channels, ASICS.com and Online Outlet while managing an E-Commerce Data Analyst and Junior UX Designer. With your strategic approach and reactive guidance, your team will consistently improve visitor-to-buyer conversion rates across a range of digital touchpoints.

We’re looking for an optimisation expert to put their skills to the test. An individual who is comfortable using a wide range of CRO together with their analytical skills to deliver results.
Based in ASICS EMEA Headquarters in Hoofddorp, Amsterdam Area, in The Netherlands, and reporting to Rick, Senior Site Operations Manager, as part of the role you’ll:
- Own the internal CRO roadmap, taking responsibility for the execution of all ASICS digital channels.
- Initiate hypothesis-driven A/B tests with the aim of improving visitor-to-buyer conversion.
- Find data-driven opportunities to increase conversion for web, app and in-store digital touchpoints.
- Report and present data in a clear way alongside strong business cases.
- Challenge digital roadmap initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Act as a strategic internal partner for quantitative and qualitative customer behaviour tracking.
- Work closely with external CRO/MarTech agency, including Product Owners, UX Designers and Front-end Developers.
- Execute on-brand multi-channel product and marketing campaigns.
CRO/Trading Toolset at ASICS: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, SessionCam, Qualtrics and SalesForce suit.

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience of working in a similar position, in an international environment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of web analytics and/or website optimisation preferably within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in the Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager 360 and Data Studio.
- Familiarity or affinity with A/B testing tools like VWO, Optimizely or Google Optimize.
- Familiarity or affinity with optimisation tools like Hotjar, Usabilla or SessionCam.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision; 50/50 home/office.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Passion for tools such as AB Tasty, Contentsquare, Crobox and Braingineers.
