What Will You Do?
As a Staff Statistics Engineer at Datadog, you will architect and build the experimentation engine enabling sequential testing, CUPED, and variance reduction in the Feature Flag and Experiments product. You will ensure analysis at scale through diagnostic tools and guardrails for safe shipping of experiments. You will translate advanced statistical methods into robust production systems. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape both day‑to‑day analytics features and overarching product vision. Finally, you will educate internal teams and key customers on experimental design, inference, and best practices
