This role joins a team of 15 consultants blending expertise from consulting firms and marketing/digital leaderships, focusing on Insights, CRO, and comprehensive digital strategy.

What Will You Do?
As a Consultant CRO at Cosmo5, you will conduct in-depth CRO and CX audits using quantitative tools like GA4 and qualitative ones like Contentsquare to identify key frictions. You will formulate concrete recommendations aligned with client business issues to enhance customer journeys and online conversion rates. Additionally, you will build and monitor A/B test roadmaps, from hypothesis formulation and UX/dev briefs to results analysis and learnings documentation.
