What Will You Do?
As a Senior Manager – Data Analytics at American Express, you will drive strategic analyses to uncover actionable insights for prospect and customer segments focused on US Consumer Shop efficiency. You will partner with teams to inform hypotheses and cultivate a culture of experimentation on Consumer Shop. Additionally, you will spearhead analytics for best-in-class digital user experiences while defining KPIs to monitor acquisition performance.
