What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at 1Komma5°, you will drive continuous conversion rate improvements across the full funnel from landing pages to qualified leads. You will design, prioritize, and execute A/B and multivariate tests to eliminate user barriers and boost lead quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with the web team to optimize landing pages and funnels using data from Google Analytics and Hotjar.
