What Will You Do?
As a Growth Manager (CRO / UX Optimization – E-Commerce) at Eshop Guide, you will professionalize the onsite growth offering and develop data-driven CRO strategies for e-commerce clients. You will analyze funnels with Shopify, GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion potentials. Additionally, you will prioritize hypotheses by impact, design testing roadmaps, and execute A/B tests for UX optimizations.
