What Will You Do?
As a CRO Specialist at So Shall We, you will own the end-to-end conversion optimization strategy and experimentation roadmap to drive higher conversion rates. You will manage full lifecycle of A/B and multivariate tests, from hypothesis to analysis and implementation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize experiments, deliver insights, and champion a test-and-learn culture.
