What Will You Do?
As a Specialist, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) at SVP Worldwide, you will develop and manage a structured A/B and multivariate testing program from hypothesis to analysis. You will analyze on-site user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to identify friction points. Additionally, you will partner with design, development, and analytics teams to implement tests, track key metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
