What Will You Do?
As Senior Web & CRO Manager at TrustedHousesitters you will develop and run website experiments designed to drive uplift in conversion from cold audiences. You will shape engaging web experiences by collaborating across Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering to optimize site performance, responsiveness and accessibility. Additionally, you will own the marketing website roadmap, partner on tracking setup using Segment and BI tools (Mode, Amplitude) and analyse behaviour data to inform iteration and prioritisation of growth opportunities.
