What Will You Do?
As a Senior CRO Specialist at Fightclub, you will analyze user behavior through funnel reviews, data analysis, and qualitative research to identify optimization opportunities. You will develop and prioritize testing roadmaps, working with UX design and development teams to launch experiments that improve conversion performance. Additionally, you will monitor ongoing tests, analyze results, and present actionable insights through dashboards and reports that translate CRO impact into business value for clients.
