What will you do?
As an Experimentation Specialist at FINN, you will be enabling, supporting and serving the Nordic product teams with your knowledge, processes and methodologies for experimentation, conversion optimisation and over all product optimisation. In other periods you will be supporting subjects from FINN’s Experimentation Hub on how to structure a good hypothesis and how to design the experiment. Their north star is evidence based growth and the perfect experimentation harmony.
