What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager at Wix, you will own and scale conversion rates across web pages and digital funnels by identifying friction points and implementing high-impact changes. You will design and manage a continuous pipeline of A/B and multivariate tests while leveraging advanced AI tools to generate copy variations and analyze datasets. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and design teams to refine messaging and layouts, presenting results and insights to stakeholders to fuel data-driven growth.
