What Will You Do?
As an Executive Manager, Innovation Experimentation at Westpac Group, you will lead AI and emerging technology experimentation across technology teams, aligning with strategic priorities. You will establish frameworks, governance, and operating models to mature the experimentation capability for consistent execution. Additionally, you will build organization-wide skills, enabling business and technology teams to independently design, run, and learn from experiments.
