As the Head of Product Experimentation at Welltech, you will establish and scale a best-in-class experimentation team, defining processes, tooling, and governance to ensure scalability and impact. You will develop a roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term investments in infrastructure, methodologies, and education. Additionally, you will oversee the entire experimentation lifecycle—design, execution, and analysis—ensuring scientific rigor, automation, and trust in results.
