What Will You Do?
As a Web Experience Optimization Lead at Valley Bank, you will own end-to-end delivery of web initiatives from strategy to execution, managing backlogs and ensuring sprint success. You will define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize features using data insights and stakeholder needs to boost engagement. Additionally, you will serve as Scrum Master, leverage GA4 analytics and Adobe tools to optimize experiences, and drive content strategies aligned with SEO and brand standards.
