What will you do?
As a Senior Experimentation & Personalization Strategist at Up Reply, you will be responsible for the optimization strategy of the entire user experience of the customer base and are their first point of contact. You will analyze results in tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Contentsquare and Google Analytics and derive follow-up ideas from them. Moreover, you will conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on optimization and personalization strategies, customer segmentation and best practices for launching campaigns.
