What Will You Do?
As a CRO Specialist at TreeHouse, you will analyze user behavior and identify pain points along the customer journey to drive impactful optimizations. You will implement A/B and multivariate tests, conduct usability studies, and collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketers. Your work will transform data insights into tangible website and app improvements that elevate user experience and boost conversion rates. You’ll lead a test-and-learn culture that integrates seamlessly across digital operations.
