This role is within the Site Experience team which focuses on driving a premium, connected, and personalized customer experience across key Tommy John-owned digital properties.
What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at Tommy John, you will own the end-to-end CRO strategy, translating business objectives into actionable testing roadmaps that drive revenue growth. You will identify and prioritize A/B and multivariate testing opportunities based on real-time performance, customer behavior insights, and seasonal trends. Additionally, you will lead the strategy and execution of personalized site experiences while fostering a rapid test-and-learn culture across cross-functional teams.
