What Will You Do?
As a CRO specialist at Tele2, you will lead optimization initiatives across digital funnels by identifying drop-offs, pain points, and growth opportunities through funnel audits and insights from analytics, heatmaps, and user feedback. You will prioritize a structured CRO backlog based on impact and effort, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, UX Design, Engineering, Marketing, and CRM teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will drive insight-led experimentation including A/B/n tests to optimize UX, messaging, personalization.
