What will you do?
As a Senior Data Scientist at Target, you will develop statistically rigorous new features for the existing in-house A/B testing platform with the goal of accelerating the scaling of digital testing across the enterprise by introducing methodologies such as sequential testing, collision and overlap notification, significance testing, sampling techniques, and multi-arm bandits. Moreover, you will embrace, implement, and advocate for expansive digital tagging and a culture of continuous testing with technical and non-technical partners throughout the enterprise.
