We’re hiring for our first Experimentation Lead to help us build a best-in-class testing and experimentation programme to drive innovation across our products in #jobtech.
This is quite a senior role – we’ll need you to come in and hit the ground running, so solid first-hand experience in leading experimentation as a program in a high-volume context is essential. You’ll be given the autonomy to drive the long-term strategy of the experimentation programme and will define and own the key success metrics, as well as being an evangelist for testing and experimentation across the whole business.
