The Experimentation Platform team at Spotify is a skilled and highly engaged group of engineers that are distributed over 6 locations in Europe. Today they are running simultaneous experiments across several hundreds of teams working on a multitude of different products built for hundreds of millions of users. Experimentation touches almost all of Spotify’s functions from marketing via content management to consumer products.
What will you do?
As an Engineering Manager for the Experimentation Platform at Spotify, you will mentor all the experimentation groups individually and as a team, maintaining their strong team culture and help them thrive and deliver great value to Spotify. In addition, you will partner with the team’s Product manager to support the team with prioritizations and product visions.
