What will you do?
As a Senior Experimentation Lead at Splice, you will define and execute the experimentation strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user insights. You will also design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, user engagement, and retention. Moreover, you will analyze experiment results, draw actionable insights, and make recommendations for product enhancements and iterations.
