Spiko is a Paris-based fintech founded in 2023 that empowers businesses of all sizes to access premium cash management products usually reserved for large corporations. This role is the first Conversion & Website Lead position, owning spiko.io end to end from roadmap to delivery.
What Will You Do?
As a CRO & Website Lead at Spiko, you will develop a deep understanding of customers and their journeys using web analytics and heatmapping tools. You will own the website roadmap and build high-impact landing pages in collaboration with design and engineering teams. Additionally, you will enrich the experimentation roadmap, manage tracking accuracy, and monitor website performance to drive continuous improvement.
