What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at Sonova, you will own, optimize, and personalize the digital experience to drive measurable increases in conversion rates across the digital journey. You will work alongside UI/UX specialists, content strategists, developers, and analysts to identify, map, and resolve user pain points across the digital journey. Additionally, you will analyse customer journeys, develop hypotheses for improvement using qualitative and quantitative insights, set up and run A/B tests, and communicate results to Marketing and Country teams while tracking team KPIs.
