What Will You Do?
As the Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization at SolarWinds, you will lead the end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing program, developing hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, and analyzing results to enhance web performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, Content, Development, and Product Marketing, to implement data-driven strategies that optimize user journeys and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will maintain and improve the testing infrastructure, report insights to stakeholders, and stay abreast of CRO and UX best practices to introduce innovative ideas.
