What Will You Do?
As a CRO Specialist at Smile White, you will own the company’s CRO strategy across acquisition channels, from landing pages to user journeys. You will analyze user behavior and identify funnel drop-off points, implementing split and multivariate tests to optimize conversions. You will collaborate closely with the paid ads team to boost ROAS and maximize conversion value. You will translate analytics insights into revenue-driving actions and take end-to-end ownership of CRO projects.
