What Will You Do?
As a Senior Data Scientist-Data & Personalization Platform (Hybrid) at Rewards Network, you will design and own scoring frameworks ranking eligible offers per member, evolving from deterministic logic to ML-driven personalization. You will lead segmentation and feature pipelines including member groups, derived attributes, and reusable feature sets for targeting. Additionally, you will architect large-scale batch workflows handling billions of records and provide guidance on near-real-time assignment APIs.
