- What will you do?
As a CRO Manager at Renuity, you will use a range of research methods to give a better understanding of customers’ goals, needs and behaviors. This means using a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research. In addition, you will use your knowledge of statistics to identify the difference between noise in the data and a real result. Use experimentation to give deep and accurate insights into customer behavior. Ensure that tests are designed to maximize insights into who customers are and how they behave.
