What Will You Do?
As Engineering Manager for the Ads Experimentation Platform, you will lead a high‑performing engineering team responsible for developing experimentation tools and pacing infrastructure for the ads marketplace. You will drive the roadmap for testing capabilities, ensuring efficient and accurate ad performance evaluation. You will collaborate with product, data science, and engineering stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable experimentation systems.
