What Will You Do?
As the Senior CRO Manager at Quadient, you will define and execute the e‑commerce UX and CRO strategy to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will develop and implement performance improvement strategies across website, email, and advertising touchpoints. You will analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to uncover optimization opportunities. You will design and manage A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps for e‑commerce assets.
