What Will You Do?
As a Senior Growth & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager at Proton, you will create, prioritize, and manage a continuous roadmap of web and app store optimization experiments aimed at increasing conversions, improving user experience (UX), and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Proton’s business units to ensure a seamless user experience that is optimized for conversion across all web and mobile touchpoints. Additionally, you will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key opportunities for improving website conversion and user engagement.
