Your responsibilities:

  • You design, propose and roll out processes to integrate various insight sources  (Digital Experimentation, Customer research, Market research) into the overall Product Life Cycle (e.g. by conceptualising, creating and making available training/workshops/consultancy sessions for Product Managers, Engineering Managers and UX colleagues)
  • You act as a key contact person for PMs on Digital Experimentation (DiEx). You drive its integration in different teams to effectively manage the generation of learnings through experimentation. You consult and work closely with Analytics, Data Science to create and maintain a support framework for PMs to effective design and run experiments
  • You work closely with the Product Management (leadership) team, Analytics, Digital Experimentation, Data Science and UX, finding and integrating their different needs and perspectives into a holistic toolset and process that enables Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX Researchers and Analysts to have all critical insights at their fingertips when developing products together
  • You ensure insights, experiments and learnings are transparently documented and easy to access to serve as a knowledge base for Product teams and stakeholders
  • Together with the Agile Coach team and peer Principal Product Managers you understand challenges in the teams along the Product Life Cycle and develop solutions to tackle them
  • You support establishing a collaborative, experimental and learning mindset and culture in the Product and Tech function and beyond by building initiatives and alliances cross-functionally

Your profile:

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar (e.g. Product Analytics, UX Research) working with Engineering Teams and other Product Managers in a data-, experiments- and insights-driven environment
  • Desired Industries and exposure next to Mobility would be experimentation-focused, ideally mobile industries such as gaming and marketplace platforms
  • Creative, self-starting way of working, will to experiment, fail fast and learn forward
  • Strong experience in lateral leadership across Product Management teams and stakeholder maps, proficient in coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams and Products (e.g. as Process Specialists, Project Lead of complex, product-spanning products)
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders (including C-Suite members) and to manage upwards and laterally leveraging Product, Tech and Data leadership towards evolving the organisation on multiple levels
  • Deep understanding of integration of Digital Experimentation with e.g. A/B tests (using tools like apptimize or similar) and User insights into continuous Discovery/Delivery Product Development processes
  • Experience in agile working frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN, LeSS, etc) with the will and ability to create an own framework if the existing don’t fit
  • Prior exposure to Change Management, Organisational Analysis desirable
