What Will You Do?
As a Web Optimization Manager (CRO) at Pipedrive, you will spearhead the A/B testing roadmap, leading the ideation, prioritization, and execution of experiments to enhance website performance and user experience. You will analyze key conversion points, identifying opportunities to improve metrics across landing pages, marketing campaigns, and organic traffic channels. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and content specialists, you will ensure that testing and optimization initiatives align with broader website strategies. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external CRO agencies to scale testing efforts and implement data-driven improvements.
