As an Optimization Analyst at Paramo Technologies, you will develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies, including A/B testing and personalization tactics. You will design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on experiment results and prepare clear, concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
