As Lead Product Designer Growth at Paired, you will translate business goals into emotionally resonant and performance-oriented design experiences for mobile and web. You will own end-to-end design for growth initiatives, driving both foundational new work and elevating existing flows, from high-fidelity prototyping through iteration.
