What Will You Do?
As a CRO Specialist at Outliant, you will audit user journeys, identify bottlenecks, and implement A/B and multivariate tests across digital platforms. You will build experiments using tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar, leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where needed. Additionally, you will analyze test performance, validate significance, and recommend actionable changes to stakeholders. You will support UX and marketing teams by translating friction points into technical test plans, guiding clean experimentation workflows from setup to post-test reporting.
