The Web Optimization Manager/CRO Specialist focuses on tactical execution of programs and builds client strategies through data analysis, insights, and creativity. This role leads A/B tests from concept to launch while serving as a natural communicator between clients and internal departments such as development, design, and project management.
What Will You Do?
As a Web Optimization Manager/CRO Specialist at Niteco Vietnam, you will own the A/B testing process, web insights, and analytics to increase engagement and conversion rates of client websites. You will design, build, and execute split testing, multivariate testing, and other testing approaches for websites and landing pages while using data to drive plans and perform ROI analysis. Additionally, you will create detailed plans and timelines to align stakeholders and collaborate with designers and developers to move tests through implementation.
