What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager (CRO) at Newcastle United, you will develop and deliver the CRO strategy across website, mobile, and app. You will plan, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates and journeys. Additionally, you will collaborate with Web Trading, CRM, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to align efforts with campaigns.
