What will you do?
As the Experimentation Lead at New Look, you will deliver high quality experiments, deliver insights and drive action, scaling and further developing a culture of experimentation by democratising capability. You will also look to develop the experimentation programme through: optimisation of the process, keeping up with industry trends, adoption and review of tech whether new or existing. Moreover, you will collaborate and inspire teams to take a more hypothesis and experiment led process.
